We will be open at 11am...we have a huge pot of chili if you need something to help shake off the cold. We are running behind on our ribs, but should have them ready around 1230 or so. All of our other meats are finished and ready to go.

Just carmalizing some onions in beef tallow for the French dip sandwiches today. Also have some tortillas to make the giant barbecue burritos if you like.
